9th Assembly: Gbajabiamila officially declares for speakership

Majority leader of the house of representatives, Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila has officially declared to run for the speakership in the 9th Assembly.

The event, held at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja.

Gbajabiamila will join a host of over 16 lawmakers jostling for the position. He is the only candidate who has declared intention from the southern part of Nigeria.

Gbajabiamila pointed out that he is seeking the office to mentor younger generations.
