Sanwo-Olu replies Ambode: I won’t fight in the mud with you

Governor Akinwuni Ambode took Nigerians by surprise on Sunday after he called out his ace contender, Jide Sanwo-Olu in his emergency press conference.

Ambode raised issues about the fitness of Sanwo-Olu’s mental health and also revealed that Sanwo-Olu was one time arrested in the USA for spending fake dollars.

Ambode attracted a lot of criticisms from his supporters, as they faulted the embattled governor for not focusing on the main issues of his campaign but went about attacking the person of his opponent.

However, Jide Sanwo-Olu has responded to Ambode. In a statement by the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant for Lagos State, he revealed that he wouldn’t trade words with the incumbent governor .

Court Grants Sowore Extension To File Appeal Challenging Bail Terms

Omoyele Sowore Popular human rights, Omoyele Sowore has been granted an application to file a notice of appeal against his bail terms by the court of appeal sitting in Abuja. Recall that the Department of State Services (DSS) had arrested Sowore in Lagos on August 3, 2019, and was later moved to Abuja.
