IPOB Members Troops of the Nigerian Army have killed at least four members of the proscribed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra/Eastern Security Network (IPOB/ESN) while one of its personnel lost his life. In a statement on Saturday, NBA President Olumide Akpata listed some of the actions to be taken by the legal body to ensure the perpetrators were brought to justice.
